1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Reel Maker AI. By using TE Tech’s platform, you agree to the terms outlined below including our privacy and refund policies.

2. Prohibited Uses

If a user is found to have violated any of these terms TE Tech holds full right to terminate the account used for the alleged demeanour both temporarily or permanently

• Generating harmful or misleading content
• Harassing other users
• Hacking or abusing platform features
• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use our services. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Account Creation

You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials always secure and the TE Tech will not be liable for any misappropriation

5. AI-Generated Content

All AI-generated content must be used responsibly and in compliance with local laws for the respective countries and platform terms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok).

7. Payments & Refunds

We offer paid plans. Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate charges or system errors considering a valid proof is shared in the complaint. Contact us within 7 days from the date of the issue.

8. License & Ownership

You retain rights to your prompts provided you are legally in compliance with laws of the country you use our platform The Reel Maker AI. We grant you a license to use generated content commercially unless stated otherwise.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect basic data such as your email and usage logs. We never sell your data and only use it to improve the service. You can request deletion at any time and our team will do the needful within 7 working days which can be made using the email mentioned on the website for support from the date the request has been received.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted for duplicate purchases, failed renders, or proven billing errors. No refunds are issued for prompt dissatisfaction or misuse. Contact us within 7 days from the date of the problem occurrence provide a valid proof of such problem. Failing to provide such authentic evidence of proof will lead in rejection of such request for the refund, If the alleged shared proof of evidence is found fabricated or edited as per the user’s discretion then TE Tech reserves full rights to take appropriate legal actions against the said user.

10. Limitation of Liability

TE Tech is not liable for damages resulting from use of the service, including content bans or monetization issues on other platforms. TE Tech also discourages the users to use our platform The Reel Maker AI for the creation and publication of the content such as Pornography, Political media, Religious misleading, hate speech, enticement to violence, promotion of terrorism, any thing that is banned in the country of the user, etc.

10. Changes to Terms

TE Tech may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use our platform The Reel Maker AI implies agreement to the latest version. Users are advised to check the terms and conditions before every use of The Reel Maker AI platform and offered services by TE Tech, if the user ignores the terms and conditions then TE Tech will not be held liable for this and can not be made party to any legal proceedings due to the neglected consumer behaviour.
